I am rejecting this response because:I complained to Mr. Humbert...

immediately after he had his worker present me with the bill for 8 hours service time. I was told that all of the trouble shooting time was billable. I did not call Humbert back when the same problem occurred 2 months later because I did not want to pay for more troubleshooting time. The contractor that I had come and fix the unit trouble shot and fixed it properly in 45 minutes time. Therefore all the money spent with Humbert was wasted.

In my first response I explained what we did during the trouble shooting process and what we repaired, this system ran for over 2 months after we left the property, there fore I believe it was repaired. My explanation was truth full and sincere, trouble shooting can take time, esp. when equipment is located in hard to get to locations and the weather is bad...Barry H[redacted]
