October Dear Revdex.com, We were able to confirm receipt of the email from [redacted] ....and we did reply; however the email went undelivered due to the reply email address was incorrectWe did not notice he requested the response be sent to another email address while this service was down, but we did correct the issue with the server and responded to all that were affected on JunI have emails from [redacted] after this period and corresponded with him regarding his issues/emailWhile we did not get confirmation that [redacted] 's issues were corrected, we assume that he would have continued to email us if notThe last email received from him was JunWe do try to respond to all support requests within hours depending on the day of the week they are received.Sincerely, Jeffrey N, COO
