Review: After having a positive experience at this business I called back to schedule a follow up appointment and was told my [redacted] wasn't valid when was purchased as a gift and wish I would have been told of the no return policy as I was greatly encourage to purchase vitamins blue heron and laxative formula as well as shots for energy and while they knew I had a [redacted] did not state you cannot use more than one at the location it allowed to buy two... While I sat on the phone with Janet for about ten min she continued to tell me there is nothing I can do and that my money will not be returned to me $228.60 and that was that.I highly reccomend you NOT go here unless you have $200 for each visit and make sure you are aware of the no return policy which is stated in the small print on the general informed consent form.Desired Settlement: $228.60 is being held from me and the products were returned unopened and the services will not be used by me

This person was initially very happy with her [redacted] service, gave us a 5 star review, and bought a package of colonics through our office. She then tried to get a refund for the colonic package and use several [redacted]s instead. This is against our business policies for several reasons. We have a large sign posted in the waiting room, AND a document ALL patients sign stating there are no refunds. Patients may get an in house credit for services offered, but our policy is that we do not issue refunds. [redacted] also states the following on the offer site: "Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts. Limit 1 per visit. Valid for only for new clients or those who who have not visited in the past 6 months." Our polices are posted clearly in several places and she signed paperwork stating that she understood our policy. This person also brought back supplements and demands a refund, but we cannot in good conscience resell them due to patient safety.

I am rejecting this response because:this is photos of office receiving unopened vitamins back and signing and accepting these items back and [redacted] signed for them and stated the doctor would call me back about a refund I was seen in emergency room following my treatment and since my doctor says I should not go back I contacted the office for refund due to a reaction from the first treatment . [redacted] has nothing to do with this I paid full price for treatment after my [redacted] and for treatment not rendered yet and that is what I am asking for refund since I am not going back the [redacted] I paid for I used. I was not told about refund policy at time of purchase or given any copies of the paperwork I was told to fill out quickly so that I could be seen at my appointment time. I paid $228.60 I want that back I have a note from the emergency room to show what they caused me
