1/24/17Revdex.comP.OBox 1000Dupont, WA 98327Complaint ID [redacted] RE: complaint ID [redacted] & [redacted] **Kirkland, WA 98033Dear Revdex.comRegarding complaint ID [redacted] Hull Floor Company was contracted by the Builder of the original home to do warranty workWe did not do the original work in the home.We were contracted by the builder to level the floor and replace the tileThe builder was to pay Hull Floor for this workThe amount was $ Hull Floor Company and the Project Superintendent for Benjamin Ryan Communities explained to homeowner that if the bill was not paid by the builder they would be liable for the debt.At this time, [redacted] & [redacted] wanted to install a heated floor matt and replace the existing wood base with ceramic tile baseThis cost was to be paid by the homeowner for a total of $ 1,104.86.The homeowner paid for their share of the work by credit card on 8/16/2016.The builder had not paid their share of the bill so a construction lien was placed on the home for $689.85.The builder paid Hull Floor on December 28, 2016Hull Floor released the lien on December 29, and sent the release to the builder.The builder has the paperwork necessary to release the lien and Hull Floor was told that the builder would take care of releasing the lien.SincerelyHull Floor CompanyLori D [redacted] - Manager
