Hulk Towing and Collateral Recovery

One of the rudest unprofessional businesses I have ever interacted with. Overcharge and very rude.

On Saturday *** approximately 2 p.m. *** white *** license plate number *** was picked up in *** parking lot *** buy Hulk Towing and collateral recovery. On Monday *** I contacted *** to inquire about charges and Tow fees that needed to be paid in order to recover the vehicle. He informed me that the fees we're going to be over $***. After I hung up the phone with *** I received a phone call informing me that he had contacted my stepfather about details concerning an open police investigation in which he had no concern to the Towing of the ***. He was not contacted by the police to tow this vehicle yet openly shared information about a pending case in which I was allegedly involved. *** then informed my stepfather he was willing to "give him a deal" if he would be the one to come down and pick up the vehicle. *** my stepfather was nowhere on the vehicle's title insurance or registration and I have little to no contact with ***. After discovering this information I personally went to the office to speak with *** about why he was willing to turn over my vehicle to somebody else and give them a better deal than he was going to give me after I personally contact him earlier that morning. After confronting him he demanded I "get the *** out" I had a feeling that this confrontation would not go well so I recorded our conversation on my cell phone
