Review: I have attempted to contact this firm for over two months, they will not respond to my messages, emails or voice messages. Last date of contact was Feb 11th, 2013. I no longer wish to do business with this firm. Complaint 2: Incorrect information was given, told us the waiting time was six months, the waiting time was not stated correctly. The actual wait time is 10-12 years, knowing the firm and me might not be here that long. Complaint 3: Firm has purposefully changed phone and address in an attempt to circumvent liability. Other known address:Hughes Immigration Law[redacted]Desired Settlement: As a breach of retainer we request a refund in full minus services minus anything charged against the retainer. The only work of completion was a attorney G-28 form, this representation form amounts to a fraction of the total amount we gave for services not rendered. The funding was provided by my daughter by her credit card.
