we drilled the fields well on 9/4/completed on 9/14/As you can see that is working days between drilling and pump install Since they are not the only people we drill and install pumps that it is not only timely but a great turnround we put them ahead of the ones that

We talked to the customer twice this week.complaint water getting cloudy.The debris above the casing was a brown rock so the casing is not leaking.The well is deep with 2 gallons per minute. He pump. The well according to him for over 2 hours leading me to believe a new stream has open up and...
cleaning up although our contract states we don't gurantee quantity nor quality of the water and it was apparent. The casing was not leaking I have tried to help.the rumbles from the earth quake has played havoc with wells we can't control that.the water had to test good when the well was put in use because he is living in his home with county state approval.we did our job according to state regs.we cannot gurantee a customer on the lot he owns he will have potable water. After much thought even though according to contract we owe nothing.We have decided to return their money in Full.
