This complaint is concerning a warranty claim on a bicycle produced by DK Bicycles On XXXXXX I ordered a DK VEGA bicycle from an online retailerThe bicycle arrived and I began assembly and immediately ran into lots of problems with the bicycleWheels badly out of true lumps in the tires and damaged threads on the cranks compression bolt and brake mounts All the problems are documented in emails including pictures between me and a guy named *** DKI repaired or replaced all the problem items except the frame which had the rear brake mounts welded on crookedThis requires the frame to be replacedI told *** I would let all the other problems slide if he would just send me a good frameHe agreed and said I would have to wait til MARCHThis was on XXXXX.He finally had a frame ready to ship to me on XXXXXWhen the frame arrived I returned the original frame to him and built the new one which appeared ok at first glanceUpon closer inspection it turned out to be de
