My whole family has been using Hughes Automotive for 20+ years. It’s always top notch customer service. There’s no job too big for the professionals here.. It’s not just a oil change shop, the ASE certified technicians are extremely knowledgeable & up front about my services. I absolutely love the guys at Hughes!

This guy is CROOKED! He quoted us one price, changed it when we dropped the car off, then broke parts on my car and changed the price again with no offer to repair the parts he broke! Then claimed to have done work on my car that he most certainly did not do! I brought my vehicle directly to another service shop to verify that the alignment had been done, but guess what!? No way had the alignment been done, I caution anyone against seeking repair on your vehicle from this business.

I took my vehicle to Hughes Automotive after a friend referred them to me.
I needed the 60K service which is a pretty large service based on the service manual. I expected for them to have my truck for at least a full day.
I was surprised to have received a call a few hours later that my truck was ready to picked up.
I was also surprised that the pricing was in line with other dealers I have taken my truck too in the past.
Billy even had them check over some concerns that I was having with the performance and it was all taken care of with this service.
I will taking my truck back whenever it needs service. I can't beat the turn around time and the pricing.
