emissions had not been performed. I have performed the safety and emissions and am taking care of a check engine light issue at no charge to customer.

I am rejecting this response because:The car salesman said the car was in great condition and that NOTHUNG WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR.  The salesman said it didn't come with safety and emissions because he didnt have to provide it.  I found out later that dealer was supposed to provide inspections. Car wasnot being purchased as junk, salvage, or rebuild but to  be driven by my son.  I replaced radiator because dealer refused to.  Car was not sold at a discount price due to issues.  Dealer provided safety and emissions only after compliant to Revdex.com. BUT DENIED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE COMPLAINT.  DEALER ACT as if they have nit done anything wrong according to law.  TO DATE 7/21/16,  ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON after several trips back and forth to dealer. Dealer state work was don.  but has not provided any proof and engine light on still.  SEE ATTACHED ADVERTISING FROM DEALER FOR CAR.  WHY WOULD I BUT A CAR WITH KNOWN ENGINE ISSUES.  I TRUSTED DEALER AND THEY LIED. I WAS SOLD A CAR WITH UNDISCLOSED CHECK ENGINE ISSUES. Dealer attempting to make it right at their expense is what they should do.
