I took my car to the dealership to purchase new tires. In the process the dealership scratch my factor relms. At the same time I incurred more damage.
When my new tires were added. I complained about vibration coming from my entire car. At the time I only drove my car and never was on a major tollway so did not initially feel the vibration. While on North Dallas Tollway I felt a vibration that started at 70 mph and go worse the higher speeds. When I was washing my car I notice that all 4 of my rems were scratch. I went directly to the dealership and pointed out the issue. My rems were sent off to a place that they used and they had to send it back 3 to 4 time because each time the wheels did not come back in the appropriate condition. Due me taking car back to Lewisville Huffines Chrysler Dodge making them aware of my complete. They kept stating nothing was wrong. I ended up taking my car to Chrysler Dealership on Forest Lane in Dallas and it was determined that 3 of my relms were warped. I feel very strongly it occured either at Huffines or where they sent my tires to be repainted. I made attempts in speaking the General Manager, but did not get much help. On several occassions they told me there was damaged to my relms. The Chrylser dealership on Forest Lane did resolve my issue. Also, I had to get a new alignment at the Forest Lane location which Huffines had completed front end work on my car at the same time that they added the new tires and did alignment. I do not feel that its fair for me to have to pay a $500.00 deductible. Chrysler Corporation as a good faith effort paid. The majority of the cost of the 3 relms. Also, my car was still under factory warranty at the time with only 25,600 miles at the time and now only 26,800. I feel that the Lewisville Huffines Dodge should reimburse me for the $500.00 deductible and 2nd alignment. My representative was Chris *** shop foreman Nick *** and Service Manager Scott
The resolution is refund of the $500.00 deductible and one of the alignment fee from Lewisville Huffines Chrysler Dodge.
I put money down on a car while I traveled to the dealership. They proceeded to sell the car prior to arrival.
While I was on travel, I put down $5000 for the dealership to hold the car with the understanding that I would pay in full upon pickup. When I arrived to get the car, they informed me that they sold all the cars I was interested in. They claimed they had no record of my payment. I needed to pull up a statement to show that they had indeed taken $5000 from my account. They then proceeded to offer me worse cars and said I would be charged for upgrades. They eventually refunded my money and I left having wasted a few days time. The vehicle in question (Chrysler Pacifica Hybrids), are very difficult to find. I am worried that if I am able to find the vehicles again, I will still have to deal with this dealership even though the trust has been completely broken.
I want an equivalent vehicle at the price that was agreed upon. I need them to use their resources to find the vehicle.
