I ordered a set of coins total of a [redacted] series and found I was going to get coins instead of coinsI cancelled the order but still stuck with coins I never wanted and possibly if my refund for 4th never goes throughThree of the coins they refused to refund saying I waited too long to request refundI called several times to complain about situation including tonight and someone called [redacted] seemed very apathetic about situation saying the phone number was for orders not refunds and apparently refunds does not take calls nor use email[redacted] said refunds operated independently and all he could do was forward my request for refundI did this about two weeks ago and was told I would be contacted within hrsI never was [redacted] Wait times for my calls were typically hour or moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced in my life
I have been a platinum member for years nowI had an issue with a REDEMPTION CODE which was never deliverd prior to its expiry date; I am given information about the status of an outstanding order and the agent was very rude when confronted with other agents' statements made during various prior callsAn official complaint ( filed on their form on the website ) was never answeredVERY,VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have only ever placed one order with the RCM and they sent me the wrong coinsCouple of weeks later received a second set of different coins that I'd never orderedTried multiple times to call them to request the appropriate forms needed to do a Return but the waiting time is consistently long (mins) and/or the call gets droppedThere appears to be no way to initite an on-line return and no one responds to the questions etc submitted on-line to their websiteMy only resort now would seem to be *** and to advise my credit card provider that RCM are billing unauthorized transactions to my account
