Huerta Brothers

It's almost 5:40 p.m. on Sunday, February, 9, 2020 and we have yet to be plowed out of our driveways. People have been shoveling all day, getting stuck in driveways, and me with"reasonable accommodations" have been unable to get out of my townhome and therefore had to reschedule two events I was looking forward to. It's not safe!

The Huerta Brothers website says the following about their business:

"Huerta Brothers is a dependable Lawn Care and Snow Removal service that provides quality work. Service fees are based on packages and fee for service options. Lawn Care visits are made weekly, so what ever landscaping job you need done will always look fresh and beautiful, never shaggy or dull. Snow removal is always done in a timely manner to decrease any inconvenience a snow storm may cause you! Call today! And set up a free consultation with Jesus to determine how to make your land look the best that it can and the winter the easiest time of the year!" ???

They do "quality work", however Huerta does not remove our snow in a timely manner. For more than a dozen residents that I've spoken to who live here, this is a huge inconvenience (many of whom are seniors and also have health and mobility issues). When Huerta comes late, (the people who are able to) have already shoveled out their own driveways; so they have less work to do to complete our job. How long has this been going on, years?

I wonder if it is because they have too many customers and not enough equipment/employees? For me, and many others here, it's an issue of safety. I have spoken to you about this more than once and nothing seems to be done about it. We need your assistance with this matter. Please do something to help us take care of this problem.
