I met with and priced out many builders before choosing Hudson Valley Home Source. They are the only company that would detail EXACTLY what was in the price of the house. All the other builders were vague and said we can do that but would never detail the price and I didn’t want any surprise work modification order for thousands of dollars. Other builders may be cheaper but I didn’t want any surprises when I was working with a budget the size of building a house.

Hudson Valley Home Source was very easy to work with throughout the entire building process. I would highly recommend them. The staff at Hudson Valley Home Source is very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and work with you every step of the way. Extremely fair people and I am very happy.
