Review: I am writing this complaint on behalf of my friend Rebecca Lee as she is the one who did the booking for last night, Halloween.

We were outside the club for a while and were told we had to wait for all the members of our party to arrive before we could be taken to our table. We ended up waiting for about an hour before they actually let us in because the parking situation was horrible and we still did not have everyone there with us.

We reserved a VIP Platinum Cabana Table package and paid 1285.99 prior to tip and tax and we received the table that was for Diamond Table Package for 964.99 prior to tip and tax. Their excuse was that we showed up late.

No one ever mentioned we had to be there at a certain time. It did not say anywhere that our table would be given away either. It is my understanding that when you reserve something, it should be available to you since you have already paid for it. They must have oversold their tables, which doesn't make sense to us. They did nothing to compensate us. Instead, we were given a crowded corner next to the bathroom which was already filled with strangers who had knocked down the previously set cups and spilled drinks all over the couch and floor. When the server arrived, all he did was restack the same cups.Desired Settlement: I would like the difference reimbursed to us. I don't think that is too much to ask for considering it was a very bad experience. Thank you.
