This customer placed her order on 1/24/ This was a trial order, with only $shipping and handling paid on the day of the order It was explained while ordering that if she wasn't happy with the product, she simply needed to contact us within days of placing her order and there would be no further charges to her card.She contacted us days after the day period, so the charge had already been processed We removed her from auto-ship at that time It was requested that she return the unused portion to us and we would process a refund of $ We never received the shipment back from her.Even though we have not received the returned order, we have processed a refund of $today - 4/16/15.Thank you,***Green Valley Natural Solutions
