I was utterly livid with my dealings with DirectWoodFlooring.com on many aspects of my purchase The ordering process was relatively easy, but that's where it stopped From the time my order was taken to the time I received the final shipment was over weeks despite being told that it would take only 2-weeks I was not able to complete my project in time Additionally, the order was missing a key part (T-Molding) and we were forced to make due with a different color molding to finish the job I have been awaiting a credit for the missing molding for 1/months and have had to resort to filing a formal complaint to try and get that resolved Do not do business with this company!

We found the product we wanted and called to order When we sent the check, there was a reasonable delay in the shipment I was promised shipment information via email - never got any I had to email and call multiple times, finally found out it was coming to me the next day Flooring arrived, not the bucket of adhesive (I was told that was the reason for the delay in the shipment, so it could be shipped complete) TWO weeks ago I emailed and let them know I did not get the adhesive Time and time again I have emailed with no reply and called and been told several stories about why I called again last Wednesday and was told it would get to me by this weekend (it's now Saturday night and NO adhesive)! I would not recommend dealing with this company to anyone They lie and their customer service is awful
