Review: I paid them for 1 1/2 years in Feb 2011 I started having problems getting them to return calls, all numbers I have, email I have and the fax number are out of service. They never paid anyone of the creditors a cent and we have since been sued by several companys. I paid them $1295 per month and they kept every penny and would not return calls and I even sent a registered letter and never got anything back on it. We desperately need help as we have had a son who has been very sick since then and have all kinds of bills to pay. I called for months on a daily basis, sent emails, faxes and registered letters up to the time that the number was no longer in service and the emails started coming back.Desired Settlement: I understand they did do some work for us in the beginning but not the amount they took and never once paid any one of the creditors they were supposed to. I truly believe they owe at least half of the money back as I need it to pay the creditors we owe.
