with our staff to insure this does not happen again. ·        2/19/16 – Mr. [redacted] places his order ([redacted]) for a chair. Projected order time 4-6 weeks.                         (3/18/16 – 4/1/16) ·        3/31/16 – A request for the estimated delivery time was placed into our customer service system. ·        4/1/16 – We informed Mr. [redacted] that the chair would be here on 4/4/16 ·        4/5/16 – Mr. [redacted] picked up the chair. We again apologize for not responding to his earlier calls. Hopefully, you can see that this was a training issue, which we have addressed. When handled correctly on 3/31/16 we were able to provide Mr. [redacted] with the information within 24 hours.
