I brought my car in for a 10:AM appointment, which I made earlier in the week No one looked at the car until 11:AM A one hour (their number) repair then took hours The repair cost $and did not fix the problem This was the second time I brought the car in for the same problem I drove the car to [redacted] and must now get it fixed here I have been trying to reach [redacted] to discuss a partial reimbursement but [redacted] refuses to let me speak with him I am very disappointed by the service and the lack of forthright communication
