** *** *** *** *** *** *** and Outdoor Living performed services for the neighbor of Mr and *** *** in June of 2017. We were under the impression we had permission to gain access to my clients yard with heavy equipment with the possibility of being in a small portion of Mr
and *** *** yardOnly damage noted after job was complete, was tire marks on the grass approximately sq ftMr and *** *** at this point complained we messed up their yard and drainage pipeOnly damage that was noted as previously stated was approx sq ft of tire marksTo reassure Mr and *** *** their was no damage to drainage pipe, we dug up area in question and showed both Mr and *** *** that their was no damage to drainage pipe in questionAfter doing so we replaced dirt and put sod down to area in question to make sure it was not only as it was prior to equipment on their property, but I believe actually was better than beforeAs I have pictures to show that to be the caseI have done everything known possible to repair the damage of the tire marks to their propertyI believe there was nothing else possible to do to the yard as I had already completed the necessary task to complete any damageMr and *** *** continually called me after and I feel was unnecessary harassmentI do not feel I have to continue to constantly get phone calls from them when it was already resolvedAs far as trees, no trees in their yard were touched, damaged or removedI have before and after pictures to show all work completed and drain pipe in questionTheir was never any extensive damage as they claimI take pride in my work and feel I went above and beyond to repair any damage and to accommodate Mr and *** ***.
