Sales associate went ahead with running credit without proper consent.I spoke with [redacted] about trying to purchase a car. I told him I did not have good credit. That I had filed bankrupty on May,2013. He ask me had I been released I said no. They told me it would be 2 years. So I told [redacted] to wait . I wanted to go through the credit union to see if they would finance me a car. They said they would give me the loan with a co-signer. I told [redacted] to wait and let me try to find a co-signer he said OK. I couldn't get one. So I never called [redacted] back. He had called me but I never responded because I wasn't ready. 2 to 3 weeks later I started receiving mail from credit companies, stating that they could not help me because of my credit history. I have received 5 different letters. And each time my score drop lower. Im very upset about the situation. Will do anything to people to make a sale.Desired SettlementApology...
