Review: Company entered into a contract to provide home improvement services (painting and repairs) with me in April of 2011. Work was to be started within the next few weeks. The company received a down payment of $575. The beginning of work was continued postponed, claiming weather or family problems. To date, it has not been started. In the past month, numerous attempts to contact the company went unanswered. This included mail, phone, and email.Desired Settlement: Refund of $550 deposit and return of paint can samples. Also, acknowledgement the the contract is now void.
