There was definitely a miscommunication with the customer at the time work was doneThere were code issues that needed to be addressed that was unforeseen at the time of the original quote for the work that needed to be done These code issues were corrected and took extra work above and beyond the original quote Admittedly, this should have been followed up by our company sooner than it was to ensure the customer was on the same page with the extra work We would like to to remedy this situation with a conversation with customer
