I am looking into this It appears that this is handled by the HUB Encino office, not Santa Barbara I will contact Encino to ask them to investigate and contact the client regarding their concerns Sincerely, [redacted] VP, Operations

ThanksI understand the rejection I do want you to know that they didn't even put the complaint in with the correct HUB I'm trying to contact that HUB and the corporate office to have them provide a satisfactory resolution to the customer I'll keep you updated
