We did replace [redacted] table and shipped it to her in January 2016 and we have the Bill of Lading for proof. Unfortunately, when our factory shipped the table replacements to us they...

marked the cartons incorrectly with the wrong table collection name. We only found this out recently. Our customer service supervisor contacted [redacted] this afternoon and we will be emailing her photos of three table options that we can offer her as a replacement as the original table she purchased is no longer in production. 
We hope to resolve this next week and send the replacement to her at that time.
