the filing of the Revdex.com complaint and I do not expect any future contact.  Since I have expended “only” $1,200, I will not consider legal action. Although it would be nice, I do not expect the contractor to reimburse me for some or all of my expenses.  I trust that publicity of his conduct, in which your organization serves an excellent resource, will discourage others from dealing with the owner and manager of HTW Tech Services, Mr. Warren H[redacted].  We do not need such disreputable contractors in this State, although I am sure there are many others of similar disposition.Respectfully,[redacted]
