Review: I had a contract with HTE Real Solutions for Tony Hall to do some renovations in my home. It involved replacing floors in the Kitchen, Bathroom and foyer, and to install a woodburner in the living room.The contract was Signed early October and 1/2 of the contract price was paid at that time. Another 1/4 was paid 4 weeks later when I finalized the material I wanted to use and He placed the order. Mr Hall partially competed the Kitchen floor and did some work on the hearth and the foyer as we had agreed. This was accomplished by Thanksgiving. Then He stopped coming. I called and he would promise to come and finish but never did. He ultimately set the woodburner, but never finished the hearth, so It will need to be moved the hearth finished and the woodburner set again. The Kitchen needs finished as do the rest of the floors. I finally stopped asking him to come as each time he would promise and then not keep that promise. His work was incomplete and he never provided me with the material that I paid for.I would not recommend his services to anyone.Desired Settlement: I think MR Hill should refund to me the amount that I paid to him for material that I never received.
