Mr. [redacted]'s gutter was in fact damaged by one of our inspectors. He has been contacted by e-mail numerous times by our sales manager as well as spoken to the office manager on the date the damage occurred. Our office was not directly contacted past the date of the occurrence. On 4/2/18, Mr....
[redacted] was contacted via e-mail at approximately 1:00 p.m. and a message was left on his voice mail shortly after by the Office Manager letting him know that 40 LF of gutter had been ordered and the installer was given the job order and weather permitting, it would be completed by the end of the week. Mr. [redacted] was told that due to weather, it was taking some time. However, we were doing our best to complete the repair and have also done further training with our inspector to ensure that this does not occur again in the future.
