customer. [redacted] declined this offer and said that she would refuse the shipment. Unfortunately the representative and [redacted] were unable to come to a resolution on this call. A few days later, the Manager called [redacted] to see if things had calmed down and we could be of better assistance. [redacted] and our manager were able to come to an agreement and it was concluded that [redacted] would like to change the size that was originally ordered. To avoid any further confusion and to appease the situation, Woodbury Health Products agreed to give [redacted] a full credit and send free samples for her to choose a new product and set up an exchange. [redacted] was very happy with this outcome. We at Woodbury Health Products are also content that we were able to resolve this matter with [redacted] and look forward to working with her.
