I received a copy of the discharge of mortgage on 9/21/which was five days after it was mailedThis copy cannot be filed however so I am no closer to refinancing my house than I was days agoBack in the beginning of September, two people I spoke with at this corporation told me the county clerk's office had filed this discharge on August 31stThis was a lieI have been in very close contact and have even gone to the clerk's office to investigate this myself on several occasionsTwo other people at Household Finance told me the discharge was mailed on August 31stSince I received my information within five days, it is reasonable to assume the clerk's office would have received it by September 8thThat did not happenIt is now September 23rd and still the clerk's office has received nothingSomeone else at Household Finance told me they received confirmation from the clerk's office that the discharge had been receivedHowever when I asked when they received said confirmation, this information was unavailable...another lieToday was the third time I spoke with Coehama Lipscomb who told me they have received nothing back from the county clerk's officeI reiterated to her this obviously has been lost in the mail and asked her to please stop payment on the check for the filing fees and re-send the discharge for filing to me as I would be more than happy to pay the filing feesShe refusedWhen I asked to speak to someone higher than her, she told me there was no one higher than herI believe this to be another lieAt this point, it is extremely important for me to refinance my home in order to lower my payment by $I have depleted my savings account in my feeble attempt to keep my house until this can be settledI explained this to Lipscomb to no availI believe their reluctance to recognize my situation as a hardship is unforgiveableWe have been asking for this paperwork to be filed for over days as it was first requested on July 17thTheir letters of apology for their poor work ethics are unacceptableI believe they should be doing their best to satisfy this issue instead of hindering it by refusing to work with me and make an exception in this caseThere is no excuse for this delayI want this to be ended and this discharge filed no later than close of business on September 30thNo customer should have to be treated this way

To obtain parking permit sticker, please fill out the information below with current ***-registration? Maximum two (2) parking stickers per apartment .? All vehicles must be operable and registered with the officeEffective Immediately.? If your permit is lost, stolen or misplaced it may be replaced for $per permit? If a new car is purchased the old sticker must be returned to receive a new parking permit at no cost? ? A tow company will randomly check the premises at any time during day and nightAny vehicles violating the rules, the policy or rental agreement shall be deemed illegally parked and may, with or without notice, be towed and stored at resident's risk and expense.?
