Review: I purchased a electric vented water heater from this company and had it installed approx 6 yrs ago. I have had problems with it since it's installation. March 5, 2014 called this company because water heater not working properly again. Serviceman had no idea what was erong even though I printed electric codes for product. Owner tried to get tank replaced by manufacturer, but it took many phone calls, & unreturned phone calls from Hruska owner. Had to threaten litigation to get return call. Hruska service person removed natural gas regulator to tank, still had problem. Service person now guessing what wrong by looking up things on internet. Wants to deain & flush tank, but Hruska won't tell me what cost, or even cost of removing regulator. A date was set for service person to come, they never showed up. The company made appt for following day but I knew nothing about itI have repeatedly called company. Owner finally returned call & left message, but when I call him he never returns call. I have spoken to woman who answers company phone dozens of times over past two months & I get "I told him". Most time I have no hot water. They don't know what they are doing, nor do they help me after almost 10 weeks! The tank is under warranty, but manufacturer won't replace. I have shelled out a lot of money for tank $1300 plus cost of repairs repeatedly for this piece of junk.Desired Settlement: I want tank replaced. There is no dofumentation that supports flushing tank for an ignition heating problem.
