This tenant was told to remove his dog, that is not allowed on the premisesThe tenant has been given the OK to break his lease and be out by 10-31-There were no complaints from this tenant prior to the dog issueOur maintenance fixes all building complaints, we have been in the real estate
business for over yrsThere are other apts on the premises as well

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
