Review: On February **, 2013 I signed a contract with Rene from HRBDX Construction to replace 5 panels that was damaged during Hurricane Sandy.THis contractor was highly recommendated by a designer WAC Lighting has know for many yearsIt's been over 5-months and the panels are still not installed.I tried calling, text messages and email and no returned calls.We issued a a check for $2500 with a balance of $2021.I'mcurrently in the process of re-bidding the job with several contractors but would like our deposit returned.Is there anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated, thanksDesired Settlement: $2500 Deposit
