[redacted] is making inaccurate statements. We have provided our policies. They are posted on our website. The were also included in the email withe questions we sent [redacted]. We do not issue refunds. We had already started on his resume. In addition [redacted] is now under investigation for harassing us everyday. Police report has been taken by [redacted] police department. We are seeking an arrest warrant. Also, he was trying to commit fraud by disputing the charge for his credit card and saying he did not buy our service. Please let me know if you have any questions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
 
We want all of our clients to be happy with our services. In order for us to give you an accurate resume you will be sent a questionnaire and you will have 1 week to send it back to us. If you fail to return the question are to us within 1 week will not complete your resume. If you return the questionnaire to us your resume will be sent within 4 weeks. If you are given a date to have your cover and resume done by this is only estimated date. If we need additional information from you we will contact you. If you do not supply us the information that we requested within 3 days or if the information is not complete with what we requested we have the right to use the information that is provided. In additions this will delay your date of your cover and resume to be done. We will not be liable for natural disasters that can cause your resume to be delayed.
 
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you miss appointment 2 times we will not reschedule. This includes trainings.
 
REFUND POLICY
 
 
Our policy is once services are paid for we do not issue a refund. We will try to correct the situation to make sure that you are satisfied.  This policy applies for all of our services. Our goal is to make sure every client is happy with the service they get. If you have questions about this policy please contact us.
