Terrible. I ordered a knife and my credit card was charged. After 2+ weeks of no notification and no contact I tried every way I could to reach them: phone, chat feature on their web site, and more emails. No response. I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. These guys are weaselly at best and potentially fraudulent. Stay away unless you want to waste a time getting your money back.

I placed an order on 12/22/17. Never received the order. It is now 01/10/18. After multiple voicemails, emails. requests thru their portal with no response I have contacted the Revdex.com and they too have had similar results with this company. The owner's name is John W. Harmon. He also operates a computer services company from the same address. marioncs.com address 109 Bishop St. Chilhowie, VA 24319-5583 phone number directly, though it is the same voice mail system, is 276-783-5500 his extension is 704 also can be rooted out of this voicemail system from hrknives.com. I have also contacted the local authorities. This guy is a scammer pure and simple.

I placed an order for a product that their site stated was in stock two weeks before Christmas. The email confirmation for the order stated I would receive another email once my order has been shipped. A week goes by and no email. I sent the company two emails to find out the status of my order. Finally four days before Christmas they respond stating the item is out of stock. I should have been contacted as soon as the order was placed so that I could find the item elsewhere in time for Christmas. If I didn't initiate the email thread, how long would it have been before someone would contact me? Also, their site still states that the item is in stock! Now I do not have this gift to give on Christmas and I have to wait three business days for a refund!
