Review: On febraury **, 2015 I ordered a dress from the store's catalogue to be custom made. I paid up front the full price in cash. On june **, 2015 I went to pick up the dress and I found out the dress was totally different dress than the one I chose, different material, different size, different style. The sales person refused to refund the money and return the dress and she demanded that I pay an extra $75 for alteration in order for me to take the dress home.Desired Settlement: Return the dress that is not what I ordred and to get a full refund of what I paid which is $475.

Review: On 4/**/15 I purchased a Gown along with alterations for 303.40 I went back in June to start my alterations I also purchased a PocketBook and Jewelry for an additional 177.25. On my Ticket Number [redacted] it indicates paid in full and to Pick up my Dress and Pocketbook in 3Weeks.

When I called all 3 Phone Numbers were not working NumbersDesired Settlement: I would like the Gown and Pocketbook I paid cash for or the Money Back for those 2 Items If not able to get Merchandise.
