To Whom it May Concern,In speaking with my Senior Operations Manager I have learned that a complaint has been filed against HP Financial by Ms [redacted] ***I apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.The initial contact that was made to Ms [redacted] was through one of the call center agencies that are used by our company and then Ms [redacted] called into our office to get more informationWith that being said, I can assure you that Ms [redacted] ***'s outstanding balance is true and correct, and was validly assigned to this firm just over a year agoAt times we do get a wrong address fro an individual and that is why we send the letter to multiple address' to the clients we haveBecause we never received a response nor did we receive returned mail from Ms [redacted] we had one of our call center agencies make attempts to get in contact with her.Again, I apologize on behalf of HP Financial, and we will cease contact with your consumerThank you in advance for your time and understanding.Kindest Regards, [redacted] , COO
