I am responding to the letter received on *** for Pekar's BodyshopIn response to *** ***'s complaint that we stole some parts from her car, we did not at any time remove any parts from her vehicleWe did however have at least conversations with her in regards to thisBoth myself as
well as the owner spoke with her and explained that her vehicle sat here for more than a monthAs to how or when the emblems went missing, we do not knowI have ordered replacement emblems for her at no cost to herWe have been in business for a very long time and wouldn't have been able to stay open and successful if we engaged in the type of activity claimed by *** ***We certainly apologized to her on the phone as well as in our response to her complaintYes her vehicle was in a secured locked fence, but as I told her, we have insurance adjusters, Independent appraisers, wrecker drivers, and vehicle owners that do enter our facility during business hoursI am not placing blame on anybody, bus as you can see, it is quite a task to keep an eye on all that goes on in the busy environment we have. Total loss or no total loss, we do not remove parts from vehicles in storageIf there are any other questions or concerns, please feel free to call *** *** at *** *** ***
