Hoyer Homes

We bought our house from Hoyer a few years ago. Some of his subcontractors were incompetent. For example, our furnace originally was not put in correctly. Our backyard is starting to get large dips in the foundation. These costly problems should not have been. As for the warranty, Hoyer did not honor his warranty. If you purchase a home from Hoyer, we highly recommend getting a full inspection before moving in.
