Hired Don to install a 75’ fence with a double drive gate 12’ Long. First he set the posts on my neighbors property, despite our clear communication about the fence placement in the current fence line. Don set 9 posts that I hand pull straight out of the ground. I reset the posts my self, that would not move after 14 hrs.
His partner Bret had contacted me to try and fix the issue, and offered to complete the project. I was hopeful and thought I’d give him a chance since Don had nothing but excuses and claimed he used the “1/2 a bag per-post standard” that’s NOT the standard, nor the concrete manufacturers recommendation of 3 bags a post. (I would have been happy with 2). Don also left a pile of wood scrapes and fencing materials on my neighbors yard after knowing the issues he created with the neighbor.
Bret finished the fence, it looks “Okay”, but not top quality work. He came the next day to hang the gates, which are complete Garbage. Immediately tested them after he was done and both sides catch, the bottom of the gates drag on the ground and are unevenly cut. The gates open with minimal force. I had to take the gates off and fix them, added an additional down rod and drove the hanger bolts deeper into the post.
I would NEVER recommend or hire this company, they do sy work.
