A contract for 100,was set up through TDECU Lake Jackson Loan Manager, *** ***, and Superior Custom BuildersWork started and was Modified by *** *** on several occasions without following his contract, not to speak with affiliates or subs of SCBTime and time again he would not
follow the contract and kept adding more to the contract without change orders being signedWithout the change orders my contractors wanted to be paid for their services he made with them change, $16,roughly that he owes SCBWork has ceased since payment has not been paid to SCB Also Superior has tried to keep in contact with the ***s but they chosen to block there phone numbers and fail to keep in contact with TDECU Credit UnionWe have been in contact with the ***'s until they blocked us and he never responded, and the bank from day one and even just yesterday, where they tell me he is not responding to there calls and that he is in violation of losing his house in Foreclosure June 1, Apart from that SCB and there subs have stop going to his house because of the terroristic threats he has issued to us of Shooting our PeopleThe police have been notified of this incident, apart from that the Theft that has gone on from the ***'s using Material from the job sight for there personal use, which has been noted to the bank and also will be noted the proper authoritiesThis project has put a toll on everyone involved due to the ***'s intentional negligence of not following the proper procedures or following all their "CONTRACTS"I feel very sorry for them, that they may lose there house and have done everything in my power to try and help this Family but to no avail they chose to use hatefulness as there resource of communicationOnce again we are in full compliance with the TDECU Mortgage Lender Credit Union, and we have ask the Bank to reach out to the ***'s, and they still choose not to answer TDECU Sincerely, Superior Custom Builders
