I had very bad experience with Customer service at this ClinicI had back surgery, and went wellMy issues are with office visits and follow ups, very disappointedWait times on office visits are in excess of hoursToday I had to leave not seeing the doctor, after waiting for over one hour, I could not wait any longer due to another appointmentStaff is rude and condescending, with no regards of your time
The doctor did not even saw me after surgery while I was at the clinicHe came in into the room, I was using the bathroom, he could not wait the - minutes I took, said he will return shortly, and never saw him againTo me that showed that all I was for him was a dollar sign
I am very easy going, but one thing that is hard to stomach, is poor customer serviceIt is sad to think there are professionals that act as if the only time that matters is theirsI can understand a minute wait, but over hours is unacceptable
I spent time and money today to get to the doctors office, only to leave without a consultationMy original appointment was last week, and they called me hours prior, to inform me that the Doctor was on Spring break and needed to rescheduleI did accommodate another visit today, only to be disappointed and frustrated
