I am in receipt of complaint ID# [redacted] This complaint is in regards to an attempt by [redacted] (customer) to return a slingUpon investigation and interviewing the involved employees, I was told the packaging had been torn open and was now unsalable However, we have just called Ms [redacted] and told her that she may bring in the sling and the packaging and receive a refund Thank You Ray Pantalena
