Howe Roofs

Howe Roofing put the roof on my new construction almost three years ago. They have been super nice and responsive to any issues we have had (none of them their fault). Recently we had water entering a bedroom. Denny came out (with a smile I might add) and assessed the situation. He felt it was actually an issue with a brick window sill and not the roof. He patiently explained what was happening to me and how the water was likely entering. He added flashing to the window sill and sealed up areas that might be an issue in the brick. All of which aren't really his job, but he is so nice he just did what needed to be done to fix the issue.

From the owner (Andy H) to the people who climb onto the roof everyone is polite, punctual, accommodating, and they show that they care. I am happy they put the roof on my house and that they continue to respond to my needs (almost three years later). I feel good knowing when and if we have more issues Andy H and his guys will come and help me out.

We built a home in 2012 and Howe was the roofing company. Since then we have had three major leaks in three different rooms. We contacted Howe four months ago and the third still hasn't been repaired.

The company (Howe) said they were going to review the latest problem and repair it but never called us back.

I had my insurance company estimate the damage caused by the leaks and it is over $1,300 and this doesn't include the leak going on right now.

I can not recommend this company due to the sloppy work done initially and the poor follow up and repairs.
