the call. Howard's never refuses to service him... We have scheduled a service call for Tuesday December 8th. Customer claims that the gasket is leaking.. I did let him know if it was not leaking he would be charged. I'm also sending the customer a cleaner that we sell for the washer. At no cost to him so he could clean his washer.
