received their refund for the price difference before. However, I am not satisfy with their response. It is clear that the price I got online is correct for two reasons:
1. I got the points matching the prince on my reservation, not the price they charged to my credit card; and
2. They have already refunded the difference to me and replied me email about their error.
So, what they said is totally wrong!
Anyway, since I have already got the refund, I do not want to continue this case and waist more time.
Review: I stayed at this motel for one night at July 3rd, 2014. When I made the reservation online, it shows the price is $59.99 and the total including tax is $66.59. However, my credit card was charged $68.81.I contacted them by both online message and phone call. The online reply asked me to call them and when I call them they said they will call me back to give me an explanation. However, I have not got their call after about one week. I called them again, and they just ask me to call them again next week without giving me any explanation about the discrimination of the charges.I have made my best effort to contact them many times over the past week, and would not contact them any more. So I wish Revdex.com could help me to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: Due to their bad attitude, I would like to have the full charge refund. If no possible, at least have the over charge (i.e. $2.22) refund to my credit card.
