Review: Purchased new hearing aids from Howard Hearing Aid Outfitters on 1-21-14. Purchase agreement states "Each new Hearing Aid carries a Limited Warranty againist defects n materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase". Batteries have to be replaced every 5 days and hearing aid caused a sore in left ear. Contacted [redacted] several times starting in July and no response or call back.Desired Settlement: Would like replacement hearing aids that is under the guarantee.
