I had a horrible experience here. For starters it took 40 plus minutes for the doctor to come and see me and by the time he did the gel the put on my teeth had worn off and they had to give me a second amount of gel. upon arrival of the doctor he acted like he was in a hurry to see other patients and rushed through my two fillings and in doing so made it too high off setting my mouth, not to mention being excessively rough trying to hurry. so I called back once the numbing agent wore off to tell them about this and was treated like a pest that's just complaining for no reason. I was so disappointed with this place do not waste your or time going here I promise you that yo will regret it. The fact that its right outside the gate and many soldiers send their families there makes it even worse, how can you treat military families like this. on a last note they need to do some serious deep cleaning in there, just looking around while siting there waiting on this doctor I saw that the floors needed to be cleaned as well as the area around the cleaning tool station. Days later they begged me to come back and try and make it right so I did. So I get there and no one is nice or friendly or really greet me (no big deal) ,then I just wait and a lady comes from the back and calls for me. The woman who worked on my tooth was nice to me but Doctor Tom never once came in to apologize to me or anything (like I am so irrelevant and a waste of his time) so I'm like that is just fine then. at the end of the visit the office manager [redacted] (a shorter thin woman with neck length blond hair) is standing and watching from the door looking mad at me. so I come up to the check out desk and she confronts me about voicing my experience to you all on here(freedom of speech) she gets verbally abusive and nasty with me saying I may not want to come back here anymore since I wanna complain(even though they asked me to) Now I can NOT prove this however I feel (my opinion)like it was a bit of a race issue, the office manger tried to make me feel embarrassed about the fact that I told then my husband and I only have 1 car and I'm a stay at home mom. I served my country in the army and my husband is still in, how can you treat people like this. This office manager is a monster(rude and disrespectful) and very unprofessional. I am calling Tricare asap to let them know this is how they treat people.
