Howard D. Allman Insurance Agency

The corporate office told me that I needed to speak with this local office directly to resolve a credit/billing issue. They did not return my phone call when they said they would. I finally got in touch with Howard Allman today, and he was very rude to me. He talked down to me telling me that I needed to "take responsibility for my own actions" and that "our conversation was going nowhere". He said all of this in a harsh tone and raised his voice when I was remaining calm. I could not even explain to him how I felt because he continuously interrupted me. When I finally got the chance to speak, he hung up on me and the issue has still not been resolved.
